Whether she is delivering online or contact training, or advising on business best practices, Michelle’s professional and friendly disposition affords her the ability to connect with people and inspire them to achieve their best results. What is your advice for women starting out in the tourism sector? 

Ensure you collaborate and create a supportive environment of positive individuals who want to succeed.

What is the best part of your job? 

I believe that every person has the ability, but more so, the desire to be trained, mentored and coached. And I am incredibly privileged to positively influence, develop and upskill people every day, so that they, in turn, can deliver excellent service and create a sustainable income for themselves and others by showcasing what the Western Cape has to offer.

What are your top-3 must-do activities when visiting or exploring the Western Cape?

When visiting or exploring the Western Cape you simply must do a road trip to Hermanus, check out the Table Mountain Cableway and experience a beach day in Simons town.
