Passionate about women supporting women, she champions connection, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing in tourism. As Vice Chairlady, Lecelin supports the Chair in all functions and steps in during her absence. She leads subcommittees, oversees district management, and drives regional engagement, ensuring all members feel represented. Her focus is on creating opportunities and platforms that open doors for others to succeed in the tourism sector.
