Noli returns to leadership with renewed passion after stepping back to raise her daughter, bringing a wealth of experience from her entrepreneurial journey and roles with Fedhasa Cape, Global Wellness Day, and Luxury Hotels International South Africa BBBEE Trust by Marriott. She believes in the transformative power of women-led leadership and the importance of mentorship, advocacy, and strong support networks for women in tourism. As Chairlady, Noli provides strategic direction, ensures effective governance, and represents Women in Tourism Western Cape (WITWC) at industry, media, and government engagements. She oversees daily operations, chairs meetings, mediates disputes, and drives alignment with organisational goals. Her leadership ensures all EXCO members are engaged, empowered, and united in delivering programmes and policies that help women in tourism thrive.
